Minimum Age to Rent: 25 years old. For the comfort and safety of all guests—especially due to the Juliet balconies and shared walls with neighboring suites—we do not recommend stays with children under the age of 2. Ensuring the safety of any child, particularly in relation to the Juliet balconies, is the sole responsibility of the guest who booked the reservation. Quiet hours are from 10pm - 9am. Please respect our other guests in the neighboring Suites. Please respect our other building tenants and only park in your assigned space. One vehicle per suite permitted on site, additional vehicles must use street/public parking (available nearby). Our maids do not provide daily room service or refresh towels or sheets during your stay. Lost and Found Policy: We are not responsible for lost or items left behind during your stay. If our maid finds valuable items (for example money, gold, jewelries, phones, keys) left behind, they will be kept for 30 days after your visit for your retrieval and then the item(s) will be discarded. Retrieval of items must be coordinated such that pick up is in between guests while our cleaning staff is on site. We do NOT mail items back to guests. Used items such as food and personal care, articles of clothing, cell phone chargers, pillows or other non-valuable personal items will be disposed of during normal cleaning.

- The whole Suite is yours for your stay! - Keyless self check-in (using number code keypad) 14 days prior to your stay you will receive your entry code as well as on the morning of your stay. If you booked inside 14 days prior to your stay, you will receive the entry code the morning of your stay.
